Andrew K P Leung SBS, FRSA is a leading China strategist and former chief Hong Kong representative to the UK, Eastern Europe, and several EU countries. He now runs Andrew Leung International Consultants and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. With decades of experience in policy, trade, and diplomacy, Leung advises global institutions on China’s development and international role.
