Ted Dean
Partner, DGAโ€“Albright Stonebridge Group China
Former Principal Advisor to U.S. Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo and former Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Dean also served as Head of Public Policy at Dropbox and previously led a consulting firm in Beijing. He brings deep experience at the intersection of China, tech, and trade.

Paul Haenle
Head of Asia-Pacific Policy & Strategic Competitiveness, JPMorgan Chase
A former China director on the U.S. National Security Council under Presidents Bush and Obama, Haenle has served in both military and diplomatic roles across Asia and Europe. He was founding director of Carnegieโ€™s Asia research centers and brings a strategic lens to U.S.โ€“China relations.

Sarah Kemp
Vice President of International Government Affairs, Intel Corporation
Kemp previously held senior roles at the U.S. Department of Commerce, including Minister Counselor at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. She now leads Intelโ€™s global policy engagement and sits on several international advisory boards.
