What’s on Weibo provides digital news, analysis, and newsletter content through paid subscriptions.

All subscriptions provide digital access to the site’s archives since 2013 and to newsletters, including the Eye on Digital China newsletter, delivered online via whatsonweibo.com and by email.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and provide access for the duration of the selected subscription period. All content is delivered digitally; no physical goods or in-person services are provided.

We reserve the right to update content and subscription terms from time to time. Any changes to pricing will apply only to new subscriptions or future renewal periods, and subscribers will be informed of such changes in advance.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the user account or by contacting us.

Because access to digital content is provided immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not offered. In exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges or technical errors, refunds may be issued at our discretion.
